Did you know Chai is supposed to be spicy?  Most Chai's that you find here in America are sweet.  Sweet? Dumping sugar on everything is not the answer.  Our Chai is rich...and SPICY! Our unique blend of Herbs, China Black Tea, and Spices will warm your body as it calms and clears the mind.  It ignites your tastebuds with fiery flavor.  Born out of a fragrant and smooth Masala base, our Chai reclaims the spicy goodness of its lost heritage and rises like a Phoenix, acting as a natural digestive, improving your immune system with delicious anti-cancer properties, and awakening your soul with every cup!

Available: In eco-friendly rice-paper bags or our Special Edition Collector's Gothic Tea Tins. Each Tin comes with 4 ounces of our delicious tea.  The label features original gothic art.

  • Chai Brewing Instructions

Our Chai is not steeped, but brewed. It makes a Chai concentrate that when added with Milk and Honey, completes the drink.

I prefer a single teaspoon of honey to a blend of 30% Milk, 70% Chai. Both Hot. Can also be served Cold. Stir Chai Concentrate to get all that deliciousness moving when you pour! yum-yum-yummy!

    Chai Brewing Instructions:
1/4 Cup of Chai Ingredients to 4 Cups of Water
(for bigger batches: 1 Heaping Cup of Chai to 1 Galleon of Water). Add Chai ingredients and Water to a Pot and bring to a boil.
Turn Off Heat & Let it Steep on the burner for a whole morning or afternoon, but at least 30 minutes to an hour, or until the ingredients are fully spent.
Strain Chai ingredients from liquid concentrate.
Add Milk & Honey to Taste.

*Tastes Too Weak, or feels like the flavor is falling short, then steep longer.

*Tastes Too Sharp, or starchy with a distinct Tannin taste added to the tea's flavor, then add water until the flavor evens out and the true taste of the tea emerges.
