Shipping & Returns
We ship Priority or First Class. All orders over $35.00 are shipped free of charge.
We usually get your order made, packaged, and shipped within 36 hours, weekends not withstanding. We do not keep Tea Tins and Pouches stocked with tea, sitting on shelves, waiting for someone to place an order for them. We make each order specifically for you! This keeps our teas fresh, and tasting better!
Though we do our best to keep all of our teas fully stocked, delays can occur if we are awaiting shipments of ingredients. If this turns out to be the case with your order, we will update you with an email. All in all, we want to get our teas into your hands as quickly as we can.
Returns & Exchange Policy
For the most part we are not responsible for orders sent to incorrect addresses that were given to us. Nor are we responsible for the condition of the package when it arrives. We are not a member or part of the Postal Service. We simply use them like everyone else. In cases of damaged, stolen, or lost packages we request that go directly to the Post Office with the Tracking Number we have provided to you and seek out their help and assistance to resolve your problem.
We can not and will not except returns of opened tea bags or tea tins, nor make exchanges for them once you've dipped into it. If we have sent you the wrong order, then simply email us at VampyreTeaCompany@gmail.com to inform us about it and we will send you the corrected items at no additional cost to you. Keep the wrong items and enjoy them, or give them away as gifts. You do not need to return them to us.
